Yesterday’s bridal shower is one I’ll never forget. I’ve known Monti since we were in year 7 together at school which made yesterday even more special, to the point where I was nearly in tears.

@montana_gio you looked absolutely stunning, that dress was breathtaking! Thank you for asking me to capture your special day, it was truly magical and felt like a scene straight out of Bridgerton.

Capturing candids is a big part of my event photography and I’m finding a lot more clients are just wanting candid shots rather than staged ones.

I do think it’s important to get both like I did at this Shae & James’s engagement but they requested a lot of candids and that’s what I did for a large part of the night.

If you’ve been following me for awhile you’ll know that I have tried a lot of different areas of photography. Before travelling to Europe last year I felt really lost to where I wanted my photography to go. It wasn’t until I did a food tour in Italy that I realised that the food and hospitality industry was what I wanted to be involved in and I haven’t looked back since.

They say you eat with your eyes so having high quality photos of your food and space on socials is absolutely essential.

I loved this shoot I did at @msparker.richmond the restaurant and the food was so was beautiful to photograph and I loved providing Ms Parker with imagery that would give them content and help them as a business
